ABOUT:
The Coles Crossing Election Coalition (CCEC) is an independent group of Coles Crossing residents working on issues impacting our neighborhood at local and state levels. We push for policies, candidates, and causes that strengthen and protect our community, driving real improvements rooted in our core priorities. CCEC is not affiliated with the HOA Board—we’re here to unite residents for a bETTER COMMUNITY.

What We Stand For
We’re coming together to:

  • Protect and enhance our home values by keeping Coles Crossing strong, beautiful, and well-represented.

  • Promote good governance and fiscal responsibility—ensuring decisions are made with transparency, community input, and long-term stewardship in mind.

  • Build a powerful, respected voting block so elected officials at every level (local, city, and state) know Coles Crossing is engaged and expects to be heard on policy, funding, and infrastructure.

  • Preserve the quality of life in Coles—protecting our green spaces, amenities, and the character that makes our neighborhood special.

  • Advocate for smart, common-sense policies that support safety, growth, and investment in our area.

Why It Matters
It’s critical that our community stays informed about major issues like:

  • The proposed land contribution at Jarvis and Barker Cypress and its potential impact on our neighborhood.

  • Road widening or maintenance projects on Barker Cypress, Telge, or Jarvis that could affect traffic, entrances, or safety.

  • Drainage or flooding improvements tied to MUDs or county projects that impact property values.

  • School zoning changes that might shift where Coles Crossing kids attend school.

  • Parkland, easement, or commercial development proposals near our entrances that could affect property values and neighborhood feel.

We believe that when neighbors work together and stay informed, we can ensure Coles Crossing remains one of the best communities in Cypress—and that we have a real voice in shaping its future. More to come soon!
